Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Wild Child By Design. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:
1. Non-Personalized Items:
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-personalized items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Refunds and Replacements:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria mentioned above. If the item is eligible for a refund or replacement, we will process it accordingly. If you opt for a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you choose a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
3. Personalized Merchandise:
Please note that personalized merchandise is not eligible for refunds. We take great care in creating personalized items according to your specifications, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@wildchildbydesign.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide us with your order details and a clear description or photo of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
